We have developed a line of books and CDs designed to introduce research-based, stress-management and relaxation techniques to children, teens, and adults. Our website was created to inform, educate and share ways we can counteract stress and give our children the tools they need to ease anxiety, manage anger, promote sleep, boost self-esteem, and enjoy relaxation.

Your swim worked! As soon as I saw your angry octopus book….I waited for a commercial break and ordered a copy for my nephew! I think this is an amazing idea…I have used relaxation techniques for years as an oncology nurse during chemotherapy…never once thought to incorporate them into story time with my amazing nephews!!! Thank you… Congrats and hope that I’m one of a million people that saw you tonight and know the value of this tool…. I think it would be great with ADHD, autism, etc….

I was really interested in your books when I saw the show. My son has had trouble sleeping since he was born. He’s now 2 and we’ve accomplished a lot, but I think this will add what we have been doing already. I tried the one technique you demonstrated on the show and he picked up on it immediately and really liked doing it. With more practice and the knowledge I will gain from your books, I think we will have great bedtime success! I think you’re really on to something. Parents all over the world can benefit from your experience and these wonderful books. I am ordering a set right now!
