Great tips here! As someone that works in a school full of highly anxious children, I see parents reinforcing fearful behavior all too often. I think it’s important for parents to realize that there is a time for kids to be brave, and be independent, no matter how hard it may be as a parent to watch their kids go through the anxiety.
